Your voice matters

How important it is for us to recognize and celebrate our heroes and she-roes!

It is important to use inclusive language that recognizes the diversity of gender identities. This means using pronouns that individuals prefer, and avoiding gendered language where possible. For example, instead of saying "ladies and gentlemen," use a more inclusive greeting such as "everyone" or "folks."
It is important to center the voices and experiences of marginalized communities in the advocacy campaign. This means involving individuals from these communities in the planning and implementation of the campaign, and giving them a platform to share their stories and experiences.
