"Equal pay for Equal work"


|This program instrument strives to sustainably transform organizational processes, cultures and structures within the field of research and innovation (R & I) to combat and reduce gender imbalances and inequalities. It should be holistic and comprehensive in the way that it addresses the whole organization, engages all relevant stakeholders and tackles several gender equality issues in your organization. Therefore, GEPs should not focus only on promoting career opportunities and equal access to resources for one gender; rather, they should be inclusive and target women and men in all their diversity.

This focuses on 
 prepare today’s young women to become tomorrow’s leaders, this program conducts leadership seminars and workshops for young women, by young women. The program traverses class, ethnic, political and religious boundaries to bring young women together. Collectively they envision, create, and collaborate as social change agents, encouraged to build their own feminist paradigms that uphold gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Make education Gender sensitive

This program focus on 
Encouraging students of both genders to be class leaders and Making both boys and girls do all tasks equally in the classroom, such as cleaning, moving furniture, getting things for the classroom, etc.  teachers play a very important role in promoting gender-sensitive classrooms.

This is critically important for girls to come out of schools as citizens who can shape a more equal society. Practices to support and nurture gender equality and diversity in the classroom.

Collaboration and coalition-building

Achieving equality among all types of gender requires collaboration and coalition-building across different communities and organizations. The campaign should seek to build partnerships with allies in the LGBTQ+ community, feminist organizations, and other groups that support gender equality. celebrating the diversity of gender identities and the contributions that individuals of all genders make to society. This means promoting positive images of gender diversity and challenging negative stereotypes and stigma. Partner with media outlets to promote positive representation of gender diversity in popular culture, including in movies, TV shows, and advertising.
